Theodore Z. Klein

Theodore is an optimal performance coach, teacher, and eudaimonic engineer who designs exercises to help individuals and organizations flourish. He is a longtime improviser, zen lay practitioner, and expert in creative collaboration with a focus on team development and performative wellness.

A dual-citizen of the U.S. and Canada, Theodore completed his MBA at HEC Montréal where he helped teach core curriculum classes in the Manager’s Craft and led research projects on learning networks, social connection, and gratitude. As a producer for the Helios Executive Institute and as a facilitator and session architect for What Comes Next, he has helped develop programs for companies and governments on five continents. Prior to working with senior executives and management teams, Theodore was a hall-of-fame inducted instructor and curriculum designer for The Princeton Review where he created a popular program to reduce student anxiety used globally. He is currently a Senior Instructor in Concordia University’s Continuing Education department.

Theodore draws from decades of experience working with teams in a variety of industries, from artificial intelligence to agriculture, helping leaders inspire their teams to create joyful, meaningful contributions to their organizations. He leverages the science of happiness to facilitate personal development that helps teams outperform their mandates. Theodore creates unique visualizations, gratitude interventions, writing exercises and improvisation games that calm and exhilarate professionals in high-impact roles by cultivating emotional intelligence and inspiring narratives.
